How does the anonymization tool work?
The anonymization tool of the Jimini AI Training Center allows for the rapid anonymization of legal documents.
This tool is designed to protect sensitive information while enabling secure use of documents for training purposes.
User Guide for the Anonymization Tool of the Training Center
Select the "Document Anonymization" tool from the Training Center menu.
Select the document: Choose the document (word or pdf) to be anonymized from your personal or shared library of your firm/organization.
Set the different types of information you wish to have removed from the selected document. By default, if you do not remove any parameters, all options will be checked.
Launch the tool. Once the request is completed, you can download the anonymized document in its original format.
By following these steps, you will be able to anonymize your documents effectively and securely, while protecting sensitive information.
