A prompt is like a scenario in which you give as much detail as possible so that the AI understands you correctly.

This technique helps guide language models to generate specific and precise responses based on the instructions or examples provided.

A good prompt can significantly improve the relevance and quality of the responses generated by the model.

Learning by example:

1. Summary of facts to be inserted in conclusions

“Analyze these exhibits and write an accurate, complete and comprehensive summary of the facts, to be incorporated into my conclusions.”

2. Drafting contractual clauses

“Draft a clear and legally sound non-compete clause for an employment contract in a technology company operating in the European Union. the duration of the prohibition is 2 years after the end of the contract, the geographical scope is France, the activities concerned (software development and similar IT services), includes mandatory financial compensation in accordance with French labor law.”

3. Identify a clause

“Identify any clause relating to the guarantee of assets and liabilities, also known as “warranties and indemnities” or “representations and warranties”. Specify how it works (ceiling, duration, exclusions, etc.). If the clause is not explicit, identify the sections of the contract in which the seller's commitments relating to: financial situation, tax, social or environmental obligations, current disputes and significant contracts appear.”
