How to sign in
On the Jimini sign-in page, click Microsoft.
Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the email address Jimini knows — the one from your invitation or signup.
You are automatically taken back to Jimini, signed in.
On your first sign-in, Microsoft asks you to allow Jimini to access your basic profile (name, email address), then Jimini sends you a code by email to verify your address.
Common issues
"User is not registered": your account is not attached to a Jimini workspace. Check that you're using the Microsoft account matching your invitation address.
"Need admin approval" on the Microsoft page: your organization requires an administrator to authorize Jimini. Submit the approval request shown on screen or contact your IT department.
Wrong Microsoft account: click Use another account on the Microsoft page, or sign out of the active account in your browser.
Verification code not received: check your spam folder, then start a new sign-in to receive a fresh code.
For IT administrators
If your organization restricts consent to third-party applications, your users will see "Need admin approval" on their first sign-in. Two options:
An Entra administrator grants consent for the whole organization: Enterprise applications → Jimini Login → Permissions → Grant admin consent. The Jimini Login application only requires the Microsoft Graph delegated permission
User.Read.Or the user submits an approval request directly from the message, if the admin consent workflow is enabled.
