Installing Jimini in Word and Outlook

Written by Jimini

The Microsoft add-ins are included in your subscription, at no extra cost. Allow two minutes per tool.

The simplest way: from Jimini

In Jimini’s sidebar, Microsoft Extensions section, click + next to Jimini for Word or Jimini for Outlook. You’re guided through to the end.

This is also where you can see at a glance what’s already installed.

From Word

  1. In Word, open Add-ins.

  2. Click More Add-ins to access the Microsoft Store.

  3. Search for Jimini, then Install.

  4. Accept the terms of use: the add-in opens.

  5. Sign in with the same credentials as on app.jimini.ai.

Special cases

Can’t find Jimini in the Store, or is add-in search disabled? It’s almost always the same cause: your organization controls Office add-ins. Your Microsoft administrator needs to authorize Jimini: there’s no workaround on your end.

In some situations, particularly when you’re using an on-premise Microsoft Exchange tenant, you’ll need to install the add-in from our application’s manifest file instead.
