From your browser
Go to app.jimini.ai. The sign-in page offers three paths.
Continue with Microsoft: your professional Microsoft 365 account. On first sign-in, Microsoft asks you to authorize Jimini to access your basic profile (name and email address), then Jimini sends you a code by email to verify your address.
👉 For details, common issues, and admin-side settings: Signing in with Microsoft (SSO).
Continue with Google: your professional Google account. Same principle: you authorize access to your basic profile, then you return to Jimini.
Sign in with an email: if your firm uses neither of the above. In any case, use the address known to Jimini: the one from your invitation or sign-up. A different address, even a valid one, won’t be attached to any workspace.
A Contact support link is available on this screen if nothing works.
👉 If your organization enforces single sign-on, only the first two paths will succeed.
From Word and Outlook
The add-ins don’t have a separate account. Open Jimini for Word or Jimini for Outlook from your Add-ins, and sign in with the same credentials as on app.jimini.ai.
Your matters, your library, and your conversations are the same on both sides.
👉 Not installed yet? See Installing Jimini in Word and Outlook.
Your first sign-in
You receive an invitation link by email, sent by your organization’s administrator. Open it and follow the steps: this link is what attaches your account to your firm’s.
Two points to note:
Open the invitation with the address it was sent to. If you’re already signed in with a different account, Jimini will ask you to sign out and reopen the link.
Invitation links expire. If yours no longer works, ask your administrator for a new one.
If sign-in fails
What you see | What it means |
Sign-in required via SSO | Your organization enforces single sign-on. Sign in with your Microsoft or Google account, not with an email. |
Approval required, on the Microsoft page | Your organization requires an administrator to authorize Jimini. Send the request offered on screen, or contact your IT department. |
Verification code not received | Check your spam folder, then start a new sign-in to receive a new one. |
This user does not exist | Your address isn’t attached to any account. Check that you’re using the professional address the invitation was sent to. |
Invitation not found | The link is invalid or has expired. Ask your administrator for a new one. |
This invitation is for a different account | You’re signed in with a different address. Sign out and reopen the link. |
Account blocked | Your access has been suspended. Only your account’s administrator can restore it. |
Account suspended | Your organization’s subscription has been interrupted. Contact your administrator, or our team if you are the administrator. |
