1. First Connection and Home Screen
Welcome to your Jimini account!
Log in to the app: enter your username (associated email address) and your password to access the home page.
On the left, you will see:
The notification center, which alerts you to the progress of your requests (past, ongoing).
The history of your previous requests.
Access to the "Draft" and "Research" features will soon be available on Jimini!
2. Your Document Library
In the left sidebar, under the tab for your past requests, you can access the "Documents" tab to view your personal library as well as your library shared with your firm/organization.
Here, you will find all the available tools:
"Free Request Bar": ask your general or legal questions as you would to a colleague, intern, or assistant.
"Document Analysis": a tool for searching information in your document database, providing a reliable and sourced answer.
"Legal Summary": summarizes your documents to save you reading and understanding time for a case.
"Legal Translation": a tool for legal translation of your texts.
"Multi-Document Analysis Matrix": ask a series of questions in a set of documents; the answer will be presented in a table with sourced responses.
"Magic Wand": use AI to correct the form and overall editorial quality of your documents in "revision" format in Word.
Library: upload your documents or access your organization's library directly to process them with Jimini AI.
Good to Know
You can perform multiple requests at the same time to save time while the app loads results for complex requests.
The security and confidentiality of your data are ensured, thanks to a French AI and a sovereign cloud provider compliant with professional ethics.
For each request, after obtaining the result, you can refresh to get a new answer, translate, copy the content of the answer, or download it in Word or Excel format.
To improve the performance of your AI and address issues, you can use the evaluation system with thumbs up and thumbs down buttons. These help train the AI (solely for your organization) and ensure improved accuracy and relevance of responses.
