How the Jimini AI Legal Summary Tool Works
The Jimini AI legal summary tool enables the quick summarization of a legal document. This tool is designed to simplify reading and accelerate the understanding of technical documents for legal professionals.
User Guide for the Legal Summary Tool
Select the "Document Summary" tool.
Choose the document to be summarized from your personal or shared library within your firm/organization.
Choose the format for your summary:
Concise Summary: The one-pager format is very concise and allows you to obtain a summary of your document in the form of keywords and short phrases, structured in bullet points.
Detailed Summary: This format will summarize your document in 5-page sections, in more developed blocks.
This option also allows you to activate filters:
Define a theme of interest (e.g., "Arguments of COMPANY X").
Limit your summary to a part of the document (e.g., "From page 10 to page 20").
Translate your summary into the desired language.
Result
Obtain a reliable summary result—the AI reads your entire document instantaneously and identifies the major elements of your document (e.g., important clauses, parties involved, key dates, and other relevant information, etc.).
Export your summary in Word format or by copying and pasting.
NB: The tool will soon offer an "intelligent" summary feature. Summaries will contain outlines relevant to your legal document templates (case law and conclusions).
