The Odyssey Vendor Portal has separate CSV options for adding new offerings and updating existing offerings. Choosing the correct option helps ensure your Marketplace offerings are created or updated correctly.
Use Upload CSV for New Offerings
Use Upload CSV when you want to add new products or services to the Odyssey Marketplace.
To add new offerings:
Go to the Offerings tab in your Odyssey Vendor Portal.
Select Download CSV Template. If applicable, also download the Variants Template.
Add your new offering information to the template.
Select Upload CSV to submit your new offerings.
⚠️ Important: Each new product or service should have a unique SKU. Reusing an existing SKU may cause conflicts or overwrite an existing offering.

Use Update CSV when you need to make changes to offerings that already exist, such as:
Pricing
Quantity
Descriptions
To update existing offerings:
Go to the Inventory tab in your Odyssey Vendor Portal.
Select Download CSV Template to download the update template.
Make the necessary changes in the file.
Select Upload CSV to apply the changes to your existing offerings.
Which Option Should I Use?
Adding something new? Use Upload CSV from Offerings.
Changing something that already exists? Use Update CSV from Inventory.
