Payment Methods Accepted

The license of our subscription plans can be purchased and/or renewed through one of the following methods:

a. Credit card (payment takes place at the same time and in real time)

b. Bank RID (payment takes place in 3-5 working days from when it is started/initialized)

The billing and payment of the subscribed plan takes place in advance and at each expiry of the chosen subscription period (e.g. monthly, eg yearly).

At the end of the period, unless cancelled, the service is automatically renewed using the payment method indicated during the purchase.

It is possible to change your payment method chosen during the purchase phase even at a later time, to do so, just write to us via email or chat. We will be at your disposal.

If, during the purchase/renewal phase, the funds necessary to make the payment are not found on the chosen payment method (credit/debit card), a new attempt will be made in the following days and for a maximum of 3 times. If on the third attempt there is still no positive outcome of the payment, you will no longer be able to access the program.
