1. Select the project
From the home page of Giotto, select "keepsakes" by clicking on it.
2. Choice of funeral service
Choose the service for which you are creating the keepsakes from the list.
3. Select the format
Click on “Add a format”
2. Select the orientation between horizontal or vertical.
3. Click on 'Select a format' and select the format you want to use from the list.
4. Click on "Next".
5. Click on "Match" to match the format to the project you previously selected.
6. Click on one of the formats you have added.
4. Select the model
Select one of the templates to use it as a basis to start from.
5. Create the back
The model will open on the back page.
The autofilled fields such as Name, Surname, Date of birth, and Date of death already make up the memorial...
You can move them and resize them and/or modify them at any time.
6. Add a background
Add a background to your keepsake, such as the one depicted in the above image.

7. Add a dedication
Add a dedication from the left side menu DEDICATIONS.

8. Add an image
Add one or more images to your project from the left sidebar menu IMAGES.

9. Create the front
To create the front of the keepsakes, click on PAGES in the left sidebar menu to see all the available pages.
Click on the number 2 page that you find blank.
Click on Photo and select attachments to add the photo of the service.
Click on the photo to add it to the project and resize it to fill the area.
10. Export the sample grid.
1. Click on export at the top right to open the file to export.
2. Select from the list of selectable print formats, the print format you want to use to print the sample grid.
3. Choose the print margins
Deselect print margins if they are not necessary for your print, such as if you usually print reminders without an inner margin.
- Outer Margin: uncheck the outer margin to remove the 5 mm outer margin applied to all 4 edges to preserve printing on printers that cannot print below that limit.
- Inner Margin: Deselect the inner margin to remove the space between one reminder and another like the example below.
4. Download the PDF
After choosing the previous options, you can download PDF file by clicking on.
The result of the test will be similar to this depending on the options chosen.
