Purchasing and Adding Numbers
Accessing the Settings
Go to settings in your system.
Navigate to the phone numbers section.
Adding Numbers
Click on the "add number" button.
Filter for an area code and apply the filter.
Ensure SMS, MMS, and voice capabilities are checked for each number.
Select the desired number and proceed to buy.
Recommended Number Allocation
For the initial sms workflow, get a minimum of nine numbers for each market.
1 number per user 9 users total per workflow) to ensure optimal sms deliverability.
The workflow will distribute the numbers for different time frames (9-12, 12-4, 4-8) to prevent burnout and improve performance. (at least 3 numbers per timeframe)
