In this video, I guide you through the process of purchasing numbers after completing the A2P process. It's crucial to ensure SMS, MMS, and voice capabilities are checked for each number. Remember to get a minimum of nine numbers for your initial SMS workflow to avoid contact issues.

The objective of this video is to show users how to purchase and add phone numbers within OfferBolt.

Purchasing and Adding Numbers

  1. Accessing the Settings

    • Go to settings in your system.

    • Navigate to the phone numbers section.

  2. Adding Numbers

    • Click on the "add number" button.

    • Filter for an area code and apply the filter.

    • Ensure SMS, MMS, and voice capabilities are checked for each number.

    • Select the desired number and proceed to buy.

  3. Recommended Number Allocation

    • For the initial sms workflow, get a minimum of nine numbers for each market.

    • 1 number per user 9 users total per workflow) to ensure optimal sms deliverability.

    • The workflow will distribute the numbers for different time frames (9-12, 12-4, 4-8) to prevent burnout and improve performance. (at least 3 numbers per timeframe)
