What to do if you've made an incorrect top-up to your card.

Your Offramp card currently supports USDC native on Polygon only. If you've deposited a different token to your top-up address or used a non-Polygon network, your funds will not be credited to your Offramp card.

Recovering your funds is a lengthy process and will require manual intervention from our card issuer to do so. This will cost $30 per recovery which will be deducted upon recovery.

Recovery process
To start the process, you'll need to fill in our support ticket and include the following information:
โ€‹
1. Your full name

2. The transaction hash (e.g. on Polygonscan / Arbiscan etc.)
3. The wallet address you'd like to receive the funds in. This cannot be a CEX wallet like Binance.

Recovery of funds will take a minimum of 3 weeks, and we will notify you as soon as your funds have been recovered.
