Before you start, please prepare a valid ID (for example, a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) and proof of address document (for example, a bank statement, utility bill, phone bill, or internet bill).

​KYC guide

1.⁠ ⁠Go to app.offramp.xyz‍

2.⁠ ⁠Sign up with either an email address or connect a web3 wallet

3.⁠ ⁠Once that’s completed, you’ll be asked to start KYC verification via Sumsub
​
4. You can enter the amount you expect to spend with your Offramp card on the top of the screen, or leave it as the default amount if you’re not sure.

5. ⁠Select continue on this device or from your mobile device
​

6. Select your country of residence. This is the country where you currently live in.

7. ⁠Enter your phone number, then click on ‘Send verification code’

8.⁠ ⁠Enter the code that was sent to your phone number

9. You will now be asked to upload an identity document. ⁠⁠Select the type of verification document you’d like to upload

10.⁠ ⁠Upload or take a photograph the document

11.⁠ Follow the selfie check instructions to take your selfie

12.⁠ ⁠Upload your proof of address document (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

13. Once verification is completed, your card will be ready for use.
