Sometimes Payoneer or PayPal will flag your account and prevent it from being paid.  When this happens, your payment will be rejected and you'll get an Email from OGAds telling you your payment was rejected.  If this happens, here are the steps to follow to fix it.

PayPal

Contact PayPal's support and ask them to review your account.  Explain to them that a third party payment processor named Tipalti was unable to pay your account.  Their support should be able to help you correct the issue.  If they tell you there are no problems with your account, please send us a screenshot of the conversation with their support and we will try to process your payment again.  Send the screenshot through the support chat.  We will not re-send payments until you confirm with PayPal that there are no issues with your account.

Payoneer
