My Invoice Says 'Paid' but I Haven't Received My Payment Yet... Help!

What it means when your invoice gets marked as 'Paid' but you haven't received the funds yet

OGMobi uses a third party payment processor called Tipalti.  When we submit your payment to Tipalti, we mark your invoice as 'Paid'.  Tipalti will usually process the payment within 1-3 hours after this happens for Payoneer payments (24-48 hours for ACH, Wire Transfers and PayPal).  However, sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for a PayPal or Payoneer payment to fully clear.

Also, if a payment was submitted on a weekend, the it will take up to 48 hours from the first business day for your payment to get posted.  Banking holidays do not qualify as a business day.

If it has been more than 48 hours since your invoice was marked as 'Paid', please send us a message and we will investigate further.  If it hasn't been at least 48 hours, we will not be able to investigate the delay for you as that is normal, so please be patient as you wait for your payment to clear.
