As the client, you are responsible for dictating the terms of your brand's return policy. Customer returns are specifically between you (the client) and the customer.
OK Capsule does not issue refunds on any orders unless there is a quality related issue reported and OK Capsule is found at fault. If a quality related issue is reported, you must:
Create a support case including the OK Capsule Order Number (OR-XXXXXX) and any relevant details.
Please as the customer to provide photographs of the issue, the front and back of the affected pouches.
It is very helpful to our investigation if they can provide the 8-digit machine number at the bottom of the supplement pouch.
Please let the customer know that we may we ask for the order to be sent back to us in order to aid in the investigation. In cases where this is required, we will provide a shipping label.
Once we have received a quality complaint an official investigation will be opened. In the event that OK Capsule is found at fault, a refund will be issued to the client for the order.
Please note that any eligible refund will be sent once the investigation concludes.
