The Mail report tracks the number of request review emails sent to your customers and if they opened the emails and submitted a review. You can use this information to identify if changes you made to a review request email increased the number of reviews or UGC submitted by your customers.

To generate a Mail report

  1. Navigate to the Reporting page in Okendo.

  2. Click the Mail tab.

  3. Define the date range and grouping by options.

  4. Click Generate.
