Site reviews let customers rate their overall experience with your brand, covering things like customer service, delivery, and their shopping experience. Collecting site reviews gives you a separate source of social proof that reflects the health of your brand as a whole, and can be displayed on your storefront to build trust with new shoppers.
Site Review Module
Site reviews can be captured by configuring the Post-Review page to include the Site Review module.
This module displays to customers after they submit their product reviews and will prompt them to rate their broader experience of your store.
This approach makes capturing site reviews a breeze since a customer is already highly engaged in the review process.
Note: The site review module will show for customers who are a verified buyer via a review request. Customers using the Write a Review button will not be prompted for a site review.
