You can export all of your OKR data using our API or create a .csv export

In OKR for Jira it’s very easy to export your OKRs into a .csv file.

There is an “Export” button located in the table options menu:

After you click it, a side panel appears.

Export options

By default, there are 2 options selected. Showing the visual hierarchy of the OKRs (which means that each new level will have a larger indent) and the hierarchy column (containing a list of numbered levels by which you can easily filter the list in a spreadsheet). The exported first 2 columns with hierarchy will look like this:

Hierarchy

OKR

1.

Top-level objective

1.1.

Sub-objective

1.1.2.

Sub objective's KR

1.2.

Sub-objective 2

If you have any filters applied, you will by default export the current, filtered view. If you’d like to include all of your OKRs, select “export all columns option”.

If you want to export the table without the column headers, select the second available option.

Change your file’s name

You should change the file name to sth you will easily find on your computer. The default name for the file is “export.csv.”

Click on the “Export .csv file” button. The file should begin to download. You can open it in any spreadsheet application i.e. Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers.
