Assignments

Structured, project-specific tasks that need to be completed as part of a content creation process. Assignments are tied to individual projects within olooa and help move the project through various stages, such as scripting, editing, or publishing. They are a key part of managing and tracking progress in collaborative projects.

Tasks

One-off, standalone items created by users on their olooa dashboard. Tasks function similarly to personal to-do lists, allowing users to track individual responsibilities or reminders that are not tied to a specific project. These can be used for general content management or other non-project related activities.

Team Collaboration

The tools and features in olooa that enable creators to work with their team members, freelancers, and collaborators on different aspects of content creation.

YouTube API Integration

A connection between olooa and YouTube that allows creators to upload videos, manage settings, and track performance directly from the olooa platform.

Review System

Team Member

A person who collaborates with a YouTube creator on content creation within olooa. Team members can be assigned Assignments within projects, participate in Project Chat, and contribute to the overall workflow. This role may include freelancers, editors, designers, or any individual who supports the creator’s content creation efforts.

Submitted Work

Work that has been completed by a Team Member or freelancer and is awaiting review by the creator or project owner. Submitted work typically includes deliverables such as edited videos, graphics, or scripts, and can be reviewed, approved, or sent back for revisions through olooa’s Review System.

Channel Owner

The individual who owns and manages a YouTube channel. In olooa, the channel owner oversees projects, assigns tasks to team members, and reviews submitted work.

Video Upload

The process of uploading a finished video to YouTube directly through olooa’s YouTube API integration. This allows for seamless publishing and content management.

Revision Request

A formal request made by a creator or channel owner for changes to be made to submitted work. This keeps the quality of deliverables high and aligned with project expectations.

Brand Assets

A collection of frequently used files, such as logos, colors, fonts, and images, that are used to maintain brand consistency across content.

Script Writing

The task of creating a script for a video, which is often the first step in content creation. olooa helps assign and track the progress of script writing within projects.

Video Editing

The process of assembling and fine-tuning video footage to create a final product. olooa tracks editing as a stage within projects and allows for feedback and revision requests.
