Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel your olooa subscription

Direct Access to Your Stripe Billing Portal Here: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/cN217t1YH04reYM5kk

In order to access the Stripe billing portal within olooa follow these steps:

  1. Access settings from the profile drop down in the upper right of your dashboard

  2. Select "My Plan"

  3. Select "Change or delete plan"

  4. You will be redirected to the Stripe portal access page where you will input the email associated with your stripe account

  5. You will receive an email with an access link

  6. You can then access your stripe portal to manage your subscription

Here you will also be able to manage your payment methods for your olooa subscription.
