Removing a Team Member in olooa

There may be times when you need to remove a team member from a project. Whether a team member’s role has changed or they are no longer working on the project, olooa makes it easy to remove them and manage your team effectively.

In this article, we’ll walk through the steps to remove a team member from a project.

How to Remove a Team Member

  1. Go to the Team Tab

    • Open the project where you need to remove a team member. Navigate to the Team tab to see a list of all team members associated with the project.

  2. Hover Over the Team Member’s Name

    • Find the team member you want to remove and hover over their name. A set of icons will appear next to their name.

  3. Click the Trash Icon

    • Click on the Trash icon that appears when you hover over the team member's name. This will prompt a confirmation pop-up.

  4. Confirm Deletion

    • In the confirmation pop-up, click Confirm to remove the team member from the project. Once removed, they will no longer have access to the project or any associated tasks.
