    • In the Payment History section, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of all the payments that have been made. For each payment, you’ll be able to see:

      • What It Was For: The specific task, stage, or work that was paid for (e.g., thumbnail creation, video editing).

      • Who It Went To: The name of the team member or freelancer who received the payment.

      • Payment Status: Whether the payment is pending, completed, or failed. This allows you to quickly identify any issues with transactions.

  3. Filter or Search Payments

    • You can filter payments by date, project, or team member to quickly find specific transactions. This is useful when reviewing financial records for tax purposes or project management.
