Encountering a bug can be frustrating, but olooa makes it easy to report issues so that our team can address them as quickly as possible. By reporting bugs directly through Intercom, you help us maintain the platform and improve the user experience.

How to Report a Bug
Open the Intercom Chat
If you experience an issue or bug, click on the Intercom chat icon located at the bottom right of the olooa interface. This will open the chat window where you can start a conversation with our support team.
Click the "Report a Bug" Button
Once the Intercom chat window is open, click the "Report a Bug" button. This button is designed to quickly log any issues you're encountering, making it easier for the support team to address the problem.
Provide Bug Details
After clicking the "Report a Bug" button, you'll be prompted to provide more details about the issue. Make sure to include the following:
A description of the bug.
Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible).
Any relevant screenshots or attachments that help illustrate the problem.
Submit the Report
Once you’ve filled in the necessary information, submit your report. Our support team will review the bug, and you will receive a follow-up once it has been addressed.
