Keeping your project files organized is essential for efficient content creation. olooa allows you to create folders and subfolders within the Assets tab, helping you manage files in a structured and easily accessible way. Folders allow you to group related assets together, making it easier for your team to find the files they need.
In this article, we’ll walk you through how to create and rename folders and how to add files or create subfolders within a folder.
How to Create a Folder
Go to the Assets Tab
On the upper action bar of olooa, click the Assets tab to access your project’s file management area.
Click the Black Circle with the + Button
In the Assets tab, click the black circle with the + button to bring up options for adding new items.
Select "Create Folder"
From the options that appear, select Create Folder. This will create a new folder in the assets section.
Rename the Folder
Once the folder is created, you can rename it by clicking the three dots next to the folder’s name.
In the drop-down menu, select Rename and type in your preferred folder name.
Click the Save icon to confirm the new folder name.
Add Files to the Folder
After renaming the folder, you can start adding files to it. Simply drag and drop files or click the + button again to add files manually.
Create Subfolders (Optional)
If you want to further organize your assets, you can create subfolders within an existing folder. Open the folder where you want to add a subfolder and repeat the process by clicking the + button and selecting Create Folder.
