Assets in olooa are essential resources that you regularly use to create content. These can include A/B roll clips, intros, outros, headshots for thumbnails, or any branded media you frequently use in your projects. olooa makes it easy to integrate these assets into different sections of your projects, such as videos, shorts, and thumbnails.
In this article, we’ll explain how to add your brand assets to different sections of your projects.
What Are Assets?
Assets are reusable files that help you maintain consistency across your content. Examples include:
A/B roll clips used in multiple videos.
Intros and outros for branding consistency.
Headshots or logos used in thumbnails.
By organizing these resources in the Assets tab, you can quickly access and add them to any project as needed.

From the project dashboard, open the project where you want to add assets.
Select the Video, Shorts, or Thumbnail Section
Inside the project, navigate to the section where you want to use the assets:

Step 2: Open the Brand Assets or Raw Footage Sub-Tab
Find the Appropriate Sub-Tab
In each section (video, shorts, thumbnail), you’ll find sub-tabs such as:

In the sub-tab, locate and click the black Add button.
Step 3: Add Your Assets
Choose from Three Options
After clicking the Add button, you’ll be presented with three options:

To add a file or folder from your Assets library, select Add Brand Assets. This will open a list of all the folders and files you’ve uploaded in the Assets tab.

Why Using Brand Assets is Important
Consistency Across Content
By using branded assets like intros, outros, or headshots, you maintain a consistent look and feel across all your content. This is important for building brand identity and recognition.Saves Time and Effort
Instead of uploading the same files repeatedly for different projects, olooa allows you to store assets in one place and reuse them across multiple projects. This saves time and ensures you have everything you need in one central location.Efficient Workflow
The ability to easily add pre-existing brand assets into the different sections of your project simplifies the content creation process, making it more efficient and organized.
