How do I make a return?
Simply email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return at support@omiwellbeauty.com within 90 days of receipt. We'll provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions.
How are refunds processed?
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund once your return tracking shows as "Delivered" and your return is received at our warehouse. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
Important Exclusions
International Orders: Refunds are not available for purchases made outside the U.S.
