My subscription order has shipped. Can I cancel it?

If you reached out to cancel your order and we weren’t able to stop it before it shipped, we’re truly sorry. Our processing times are fast — typically within 24 hours — so sometimes your order is already packed and on its way before we can intercept it.

If you haven’t yet contacted us but see your order has shipped, don’t worry — you still have options.

Once your package arrives, you can:

  1. Refuse the delivery – Let your carrier know you’d like to reject the package, and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

  2. Return to Sender (RTS) – If you can’t refuse at the time of delivery, leave the package unopened, write “Return to Sender” clearly on it, and drop it off at your local post office.

Once your order arrives back with us, we’ll automatically process your refund. If you’d like us to expedite it, please reach out to our Concierge Team and we’ll do our best to get your refund issued as quickly as possible.

If your order was a Subscribe & Save shipment, you can still adjust or pause your future deliveries anytime — and remember, all subscription orders include free shipping for life with no coupon code needed.
