Customers can easily check their order status at any time through the website.

To access order details:

  • Click the chat icon on the website

  • Select Order status

  • Follow the prompts to view recent orders and tracking updates

If an order experiences an unexpected delay, customers are encouraged to reach out to the Customer Concierge Team for assistance and resolution. A discount on a future purchase may be offered as a token of appreciation for patience and understanding or they will assist you with an alternative solution that suits your needs.
