Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns. Instead, we review each request individually to determine the best resolution.
1. Submit a Refund Request
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 90 days of your order being shipped.
To get started, contact our support team and share a brief explanation of your experience. This helps us better understand your situation and support you appropriately.
2. Provide Additional Details (If Needed)
In some cases, we may ask for a bit more information before processing your request. This could include:
Your experience with the product
How long you’ve been using it
Photos of the product (for quality review)
This step helps us maintain the highest quality standards and improve our products.
3. Product Returns (Only if Requested)
We do not require returns for most refund requests.
However, in rare cases — such as confirmed product defects — we may ask you to return the item. If so, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
4. Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment
Please allow 10–15 business days for processing
Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Important Exclusions
International orders: Not eligible for refunds
Gift cards: Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
Discounts: Any applied discounts will be deducted from your refund
Digital products: Non-refundable unless otherwise specified
