There is an error with my orders' mapping. What should I do?

In order to map your orders for the information to be properly collected, please go to Store Settings > General > Order Status Mapping:

Select the way you want Reveal to map your orders that are currently unmapped and Save. Then simply save and click “Recalculate reports” to have all reports recalculated accordingly:

If you see the error “We can't tell the status in which some of your orders are, as not all of your order statuses have been mapped” displayed at the top of the screen, you can click the Fix Now button and you will be directed to the Order Status Mapping:
