Your text marketing campaigns & SMS promotions can be highly targeted with SMSBump.
You can use the Shopify Customer Filters (tags) to easily reach the exact audience you want. As long as your customers have opted-in to become your SMS subscribers and your SMSBump account is integrated with your Shopify account, you can leverage Reveal’s RFM Groups and RFM Scores within each of your SMSBump Text marketing campaigns.
How to send RFM Group Names and RFM Scores into SMSBump?
Customer RFM-related information can be synced into Shopify and then automatically integrated within the Text Marketing campaigns in your SMSBump app.
Syncing the RFM-related information into Shopify
Syncing the RFM-related information back into Shopify is a feature available for our Scale plan and can be activated by our technical team at your request.
Once you receive our confirmation that the sync is complete, go to the Apps page in your Shopify admin > click on Reveal > ensure the toggle is "On" for Reveal -> Shopify.
The data from Reveal is synced into Shopify daily and you can see when was the last sync performed. To re-sync the data at any different time, click the “Re-sync now” button.
Using the RFM Groups and RFM scores in SMSBump
Log into your SMSBump account and go to Lists & Segments > Create new > select Segment in the Type box and type a name for the segment > click Create. In our example, we are creating a segment for the New passion RFM group, so we named the segment “RFM New passion”.
In the Select filter, select Customer attributes > Tagged with.
You will see a list of all RFM Groups and RFM Scores. Select the RFM Group or RFM Score of your choice.
You can also add extra filters to your segment’s definition and click the Save button once your segment is properly defined.
You will find the newly created segment under the List & Segments tab.
