How do I cancel my OmniGPT subscription?

We're sad to see you go, but before you leave us, let us make this as easy as possible. Canceling your OmniGPT subscription is quick and painless - just follow these steps:

1. Access your OmniGPT account settings

First, log into your OmniGPT account. Your profile icon is located in the top right corner of the screen - click on your profile icon and click on "Account Settings".

2. Navigate to billing

On the left side of settings, click "Billing."

3. Select “Downgrade to Free”

You can cancel your subscription by clicking on "Downgrade to Free" or "Update details". Both will take you to the customer portal.

4. Choose “Cancel Plan”

On this screen, you will see a button to cancel your current OmniGPT plan on the right side of the screen. Select this cancellation option and confirm you want to cancel.
