Can I get a refund?

We provide refunds for subscriptions if requested within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase. Refunds are only issued in situations where the user is unable to properly utilize key features or functions of the Service through no fault of their own, despite good faith efforts to resolve any problems.

Users are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions before renewal billing dates. Due to processing timelines, charges may still occur for cancellations made on the same day as the renewal date. In those cases, we can assist with refund requests. However, users must cancel subscriptions within adequate time before scheduled renewal dates, and any refund requests received more than three (3) days after the subscription purchase renewal date will not be eligible.

We cannot make exceptions given the automated nature of the billing and refund processes. Users are advised to carefully review subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.
