Upgraded SMS Contact Center with the ability to create a text message to a phone number not saved to a customer profile, full text history, and dark mode.
New RO Status colors! Each RO Status can have a color associated and will show throughout Omnique. Text will adjust based on the color contrast selected. Edit the colors in Configuration>RO Statuses
Repair Order
Added a prompt to warn user when adding an inactive part to a ticket.
Deleting of line items will now track in the ticket Audit Log/Comment section.
New Inspection tab on the Est/RO to pull all DVI/Inspection functionality into the ticket.
Phone View
Added the New Ticket option back to the mobile view.
Timeclock
Fixed the missing Clock In button for Ticket Level clock in option.
DVI/Inspection
Added a new option to allow PDF files to be added to the inspection Review DVI page.
Multiple DVI/Inspections are now allowed per RO.
Fixed the upload video issue.
Tire measurements section will now show on Preview and Summary screens.
