Copy Ticket

Action menu item from a ticket to make a Repair Order copy of an existing Estimate, Repair Order or Invoice.

The Copy Ticket feature will make a copy of an exiting ticket to a new Repair Order. It will also copy the Customer, Vehicle and all Line Items. This is a fast way to duplicate a previous service. At this point the Customer and Vehicle can also be changed if desired.

  • Open the Estimate, Repair Order or Invoice you want to duplicate.

  • Select the Action Menu (...).

  • Next select the Copy Ticket option.

  • Select Yes on the confirmation

  • The new Repair Order will be displayed on the screen.
