The Copy Ticket feature will make a copy of an exiting ticket to a new Repair Order. It will also copy the Customer, Vehicle and all Line Items. This is a fast way to duplicate a previous service. At this point the Customer and Vehicle can also be changed if desired.
Open the Estimate, Repair Order or Invoice you want to duplicate.
Select the Action Menu (...).
Next select the Copy Ticket option.
Select Yes on the confirmation
The new Repair Order will be displayed on the screen.
