Ability to Duplicate Estimates or Repair Orders New action button item called Copy Ticket that will copy entire Estimate/RO including any orderable items from ISE, PartsTech, NexPart and RepairLink. How to Copy a Ticket
Feature to allow transferring Line Items from an Open RO to another Est/RO New Bulk Action menu item that will copy one or more selected items to any other open ticket
Ability to Reopen Invoices called "Change Invoice to Repair Order"

Upgraded SMS Contact Center with the ability to create a text message to a phone number not saved to a customer profile, full text history, and dark mode.
New RO Status colors! Each RO Status can have a color associated and will show throughout Omnique. Text will adjust based on the color contrast selected. Edit the colors in Configuration>RO Statuses
Repair Order
Added the Part Ordered and ETA fields to bulk edit
RO Status - Add ability to update the status on Timeclock and Workflow
Fixed an issue on the Est/RO, some information was not updating fully when Customer and vehicle is added to Counter Sales

Added the canned message and Add Links option
Timeclock, User and Employee
Added a new field to bottom of User record to link to the associated Employee record Linking the records will now allow the employee to access the timeclock without having to enter employee number each time Also, the employee's name will show on the Internal Comments they add
