Repair Order/Estimate
- RO Approval notifications can now be sent to an email address, new feature under Configuration tab. Employee will need to have an email added to the employee record. 
- Ping Notifications for RO Status Notifications. RO Status changes will also be sent to the Bell Icon. There is a limit to my tickets option from the gear icon when viewing the Bell icon in the top right. 
RO Status View
- New ability to see the countdown status goal to the right of the RO Status name 
Invoice Print
- Balance Due for Charge Account will show to the right of the charge account at the bottom of the PDF - To enable, open the Shop Profile - Printing and Reporting tab and enable, Show Charge Account Balance option 
 
Insights
- The custom date range is now set to the default range instead of all data, making it easier to select a custom range 
DVI
- Initial inspection tab now allows for update to Customer and Vehicle, just click the pencil edit icon to the right of Customer or Vehicle 
SMS Text Messaging
- User can now add an automated follow-up if the customer doesn't reply to text message. Enable in the shop profile, settings tab, by adding a time in minutes and a follow up message. Add a checkmark to each SMS if you want a follow up for important messages. 
- SMS Get Job Approval option when sending a text message. If the customer declines a job, the RO print will show the job as declined. 
Appointments
- Updated appointments that span multiple days to show details on each day 
- Added a new Excel option under the Print Appointments link 
Other Fixes
- Removed ability to create a copy of Refunds on the ticket search page 
- New Customer record will now prompt a save if user tries to close the window 
- Corrected issue where Packages were not showing pricing in the search screen 
- Fixed and issue with the Parts Reorder Report where it would time out 
- Fixed an issue with Firefox not finding the printers for Oil Change Stickers
