There are 2 ways to add new Tags, from Configuration - Tags Configuration and also directly from the Estimate or Repair Order.
Option 1
Click on Configuration
Click on Tags Configuration
To add a new Tag, click on the "Add Tab" button
Enter the new Tag name
Select the desired color
Set as Default if desired
Click the green checkmark to save
Option 2
Open an Estimate or Repair Order
Click on Add Tags button
Enter a new Tag name
Click the checkmark to save
