New Features
RO Status

  • Introduced the ability to create statuses by Ticket Type. Repair Order Statuses can now be added and sequenced directly from the Ticket Type screen.

Inspection / DVI

  • Added a Notes area option to individual DVI finding sections

  • Inspections are now locked with a date/time stamp when marked as complete

  • Added a new Inspection option to the Vehicle List Actions Menu

  • Introduced a user permission to hide the Custom Section at the bottom of inspection templates

  • Added an admin-level button to load default inspection templates

  • Added an option to send inspections to customers with or without Approve/Decline functionality

  • Inspection count per ticket is now displayed in Repair Order search results

Workflow

  • Added a warning prompt when attempting to reassign a technician on a flagged hours entry

  • Resolved an issue causing Workflow tiles to appear duplicated by technician

  • Added a clock icon to indicate when a technician is clocked in to a job or RO/Estimate

Repair Order / Estimate

  • PO Number and Notes from PartsTech now carry over to the corresponding line item

  • Cost fields are highlighted in red and cleared when a value is entered in either field

  • Added an Eye Icon at the top of the RO/Estimate and DVI to show other users currently viewing or editing the record

  • Added an option to collapse all Packages (similar to the hide non-labor/non-OP option)

  • Resolved an issue where the default payment type from a supplier was not updating the Vendor tab

  • Added Expand/Collapse functionality to the Comments tab

  • Resolved an issue where quantity on hand was incorrectly updating after a part was switched to OP under Vendors

ROA / Accounts Receivable

  • Added the ability for shops to issue a refund to a customer from a credit on their charge account
