Scheduled Report Delivery
Reports can now be scheduled to run automatically and emailed to one or more recipients. Two reports are currently available: Market Source and Invoices by Payment Type. Let us know which reports you'd like to see added next.
Job Approval
Added a new shop setting to automatically decline line items when a customer declines the associated job.
Added a new prompt, shown when an Estimate/RO is opened, displaying any line items that were declined.
Alerts Bell
New notices now trigger an audible alert.
New text messages also trigger an audible alert, in addition to the existing visual indicator.
Sound can be muted independently for each alert type.
Quick Parts
Added a supplier lookup in Quick Parts Ordering to pull the latest cost, ensuring pricing is accurate before placing an order.
Estimate/RO
Internal comments now display the name of the user who added them.
Fixed an issue preventing the last remaining tag from being removed.
Added new printing options (under Shop Profile > Printing and Reporting) to hide the Opcode and Other columns when printing an Estimate/RO or Invoice.
Fixed an issue where the "Hide Labor Quantity" print setting was not being applied to the Pre-Invoice print.
Other Fixes
Time clock items were not updating automatically when workflow items changed.
RO status was occasionally lost when navigating from condensed view to regular RO view.
DVI Recommend lines remained editable after being marked complete until the page was refreshed.
Resolved several report data discrepancies.
