Release: 10/28/2026

This release focuses on a more flexible Appointment Book, faster workflows in the shop, and a round of fixes and updates to keep things running smoothly.

New Features

Appointments and Scheduling

  • Shop breaks in Open Hours. Add breaks to your Shop Profile open hours, and that time is automatically blocked off in the Appointment Book so it can't be booked.

  • PTO and time off. Schedule PTO and time off directly in the Appointment Book.

  • No Show view. See missed appointments at a glance in the new No Show view on the Appointment/Calendar.

  • Excel print option. Export your Appointment Book to Excel when you need a printable or shareable copy.

  • Appointment status order. Set the order of your Appointment Statuses so they appear the way your shop works.

  • Comments carry over to Customer Concern. A new option lets you default comments from an appointment to the Customer Concern field when the appointment becomes a repair order.

Shop Profile

  • Round cash payments to the nearest nickel. Turn on an option to round down to the nearest nickel for cash payments.

  • Labor Bump by percent. Set a percentage in Shop Profile to bump labor automatically.

Customers and Inspections

  • Address lookup. Customer addresses are now looked up with Geoapify, making it faster and more accurate to add new customers.

  • DVI open RO search. When you create a new digital vehicle inspection, you can now search for open repair orders to attach it to.

Improvements

  • Longer appointment descriptions. The character limit on the Appointment description has been increased, so you can capture more detail.

  • Approved Package lock indicator. There is now a clear visual display when a package is locked after approval.

  • Parts and Core Returns. Pending and Returned are now included by default in Parts/Core Returns feedback.

  • Discount report. The Discount report has been migrated to DevExpress for a more consistent reporting experience.

  • Epicor and Parts Lane. Category and Group mappings are now handled for the Parts Lane integration with Epicor.

  • Updated Motors vehicle data. The Motors database has been updated so the newest vehicles are available.

Fixes

  • Appointment search. Fixed the search feature on the new Calendar.

  • Editing lines. Fixed a visual bug where editing a line made it appear duplicated.

  • Ticket Type page. Fixed an issue where the Ticket Type page broke after saving a change.

  • FET on tires from QuickParts. Federal Excise Tax (FET) now transfers correctly when adding tires from QuickParts for ISE, PT, NP, RL, and M1.
