Taking a Deposit on a Ticket

Process deposits on Estimates or Repair Orders.

  • From an Estimate or Repair Order, click on the Actions Menu (...).

  • Select "Deposit".

  • Choose the appropriate payment method, then click "Process Charge".

A customer receipt will automatically generate.

  • Select "Complete Deposit" to finish.

Back on the ticket, the deposit will be notated within the FEES/COUPONS section:
