Please Note: There are some rules concerning deleting estimates:
-Tickets must be in an Estimate status to delete.
-Appointments associated with an Estimate cannot be deleted. In order to delete an estimate, the appointment must be deleted first.
Click on "Tickets" then click "Estimates".
Click on the desired estimates Action Menu (...)
Click "Delete Ticket".
