Assign RO statuses on tickets.

  • Within an Estimate, RO or Invoice, click on the Actions Menu (...).

  • Select an RO status from the drop down list. (RO statuses can be customized in the "Configuration" tab.)

Once selected, RO statuses will display next to the ticket number.

RO Statuses will display in a Ticket list view.

  • If desired, sort Tickets by RO Status from the Ticket list view.
