Assigning Technicians

Assign techs to an entire ticket or an individual line item.

Assign a Default Tech to the Ticket

  • To avoid adding technicians to each line item individually, add a default tech to the "Ticket Info" area before adding line items to a ticket.


Assign a Tech to an Individual Line Item

  • Within a ticket, click on the "Techs" tab.

  • Click on the Action Menu (...) for the specific line item.

  • Select "Edit Technicians".

  • Select a Tech from the drop down list.

  • Edit "Hours Paid" if applicable.

  • Click the Green Check Mark to save changes.
