Assign a Default Tech to the Ticket
To avoid adding technicians to each line item individually, add a default tech to the "Ticket Info" area before adding line items to a ticket.
Assign a Tech to an Individual Line Item
Within a ticket, click on the "Techs" tab.
Click on the Action Menu (...) for the specific line item.
Select "Edit Technicians".
Select a Tech from the drop down list.

Edit "Hours Paid" if applicable.
Click the Green Check Mark to save changes.
