Adding Attachments to a Ticket

Add pictures or documents to an existing ticket.

  • Click on "Attachments".

  • Under Ticket Attachments, click "Add Attachment".

  • Click "Choose File" to select an attachment.

  • Enter a description (if applicable).

  • Click "Save" when finished.
