Adding Declined Items to Tickets

Itemize previously declined parts/services on a ticket.

  • Within an Estimate or Repair Order, click on the "Declined" tab to view services declined previously.

  • Click the appropriate item's Actions Menu (...).

  • Click "Add to Parts" to add the declined part/service to the current ticket.

The declined item then appears in the "Ticket" tab.
