Within a ticket, click on the "Discounts/Coupons" tab.
Click on the line item's Action Menu (...).
Click "Edit Discounts/Coupons".
Select a coupon from the drop down list.
Please Note: Coupons can be added to Omnique in the "Configuration" section.
Once a coupon is applied, click the Green Check Mark to save.
