Creating a New Appointment from an Existing Ticket

Set appointments from tickets.

  • Within a ticket, click on "Schedule".

Please Note: The appointment calendar can be viewed by Month, Week, or Day.

  • Click on the appropriate day/time to schedule the appointment, then click "Create".

  • Click the Notepad Icon to edit details of the appointment or click "Add Comments" to add a comment.

  • Enter information in desired fields. Nothing is required except the date/time.

  • Click the Green Check Mark to save.
